Registration Times: OCT 24, 31 and Nov 7 9am-12pm at University Park pavilion

Registration Fees: Early Registration fee $65 (applies to Oct 24 and Oct 31 Registration) Regularly $75       

Age Groups: 

     - U6 (4-6 y/o)

     - U8 (7-8 y/o)

     - U10 (9-10 y/o)

     - U12 (11-12 y/o)

Uniforms/Equipment provided with registration: Uniform shirt and shorts

Uniforms/Equipment provided by players: athletic shoes, socks

Other Requirements: All players must provide a copy of their birth certificate.

Location: Homes games will be played at Providence School gym.
