Ball play at University Park is for the the children. It is our hope that the children enjoy their participation in games and develop their baseball/softball and LIFE skills with the assistance of adults who have the children's best interests in mind. An appropriate type of conduct is expected of our children, our parents, and our coaches at all times regardless of winning or losing. Umpires have been hired to control play within the format of a baseball/softball game, we ask that you respect the job that they are trying to perform and remember that close calls, subjectivity, and even missed calls are part of the sport. |
